Alternative Claims Services, Inc. is a privately held Nationwide Independent Adjusting Firm. Our experienced and trained team of adjusters, managers, and examiners allow us to provide Nationwide Coverage for your Catastrophe Claims and Daily Claims in Auto, Casualty, Property, Specialty Lines, Municipalities, Townships, Self-Insured Entities, Agribusiness, TPA, and Desk Adjusting. Our nationwide team provides a foundation to the services that we offer and allows Alternative Claims Services to provide a quality investigation, in a timely manner, at a competitive price.

Services

We have our team spread throughout the lower 48 states to be able to cover all your claim needs on both a Catastrophe and Daily Claim Basis. We have over 700 adjusters to cover Multi-Line claims on a daily basis and over 1000 adjusters that can be used for Catastrophe Claims. Both teams are comprised of adjusters, managers and examiners who are trained and experienced in handling your claims needs and continue to receive training to make sure they are capable of handling your claims needs and meeting your expectations.

History

In 1998, Alternative Claims Services, Inc. was founded by Gary Hoffman, President. While working as a Multi-Line/CAT Regional Manager with an insurance carrier, he felt the work received from the independent adjusters was lacking in information needed by the carrier to make decisions. He felt that the independent firms lacked the corporate understanding and experience needed to adequately relate to the adjusters making assignments and the work could be done better. It was with this thought that an alternative was needed and why Alternative Claims Services began.

Through years of experience, Alternative Claims Services, Inc. has never changed its primary focus to provide a factual investigation, in a timely manner, at a competitive price.

Today that single office with one employee in Lincoln, NE has grown to a nationwide team that works to provide you with outstanding claim services.
